212 Paintball has 6 core values that guide the staff, program and vision. 

This first value is Reaching Out to young people in order to promote paintball, El Rancho De Paz and our LORD Jesus Christ. 

The second value is Helping young players.  We do this through keeping the costs affordable, providing equipment rental with no cost and giving a helping hand on and off the field.

The third value is Coaching young players.  Our staff members see themselves as coaches to all the players on the field, rather than just referees.

The third value is Leading young players off the field.  It is our desire that we will be a positive role model and an example of Jesus Christ to everyone that attends our fields. 

The fifth value is to be a Professional sports park that is run by Professional staff.

The sixth value is to provide a Christ-Centered Environment from beginning to end in all that we do.  We take on the great and awesome task of being a safe, welcoming environment where everyone plays fair and parents can trust dropping their young players off at.
