The staff of 212 Paintball is a band of paintball players that what to embody our values and give back to other players what the 212 Paintball program has given them. The staff love to play but they love to work hard and provide a great program. Being a 212 Staff involves everything from greeting players, handing out equipment and working on player’s guns to helping and coaching players on the field and giving a word of encouragement or advice to young players.
Andy is the Adventure Programs Director at El Rancho de Paz, and works there year-round. He is the overall manager of paintball and the Alpine Tower.
Andy Cobb:
Cobb is one of 212 Paintball's Head Referees. He has been around for years and is a devoted paintball player. He prefers speedball to woodsball. Andy also works at El Rancho over the summer.

Eric McDuffee:
Eric McDuffee is 212 Paintball's Field Manager and also serves as a Head Referee. He has a lot of experience at 212 Paintball, and prefers woodsball to speedball. He is also on El Rancho Paintball Staff during the summer.

Roger has been with 212 Paintball since its beginnings. He is an experienced gun tech, referee, and POC Manager.
